- ✗ Pre-existing property damage present before we arrived

built around returning to the property and correcting any eligible cleaning issue in line with the
original service agreement. We do not provide refunds as an alternative to a reclean. If a
customer chooses not to proceed with an approved return visit, the guarantee will be considered
